Choose your trade and skills from a clear list, and upload the certificates you have earned.
A reviewer checks your ID and documents. Past employers and referees confirm your work by a secure link.

Verification you can read
A SkillPass never hands an employer a number to trust. It lists every claim with the method and the source — so a document a reviewer read and a certificate the college itself confirmed never look the same.
The issuing college confirmed the certificate from its own records.
A trained reviewer checked the ID against the profile. The document is deleted after 90 days.

Privacy and security
A verified identity is valuable, so it is guarded like one.
Phone numbers never appear on a public SkillPass, and are stored so they cannot be read back as a list.
ID photos are kept only for review, then deleted 90 days after the decision.
If a number passes to someone new, a verified SkillPass asks for more than a text message.
Reviewers sign in with two-step codes, and every document they open is recorded.
